Flecture Homes (Shropshire) Ltd have announced they will be aiming to start building phase 1 of the new Cross Houses development as soon as possible.

The development that will consist of a mixture of attractive modern bungalows and houses from 1 bedroom through to 4 bedrooms  should start in the first half of 2016.

Flecture homes have provided a plan of how the development is expected to look and some example house designs shown below.

New Roundabout for Cross Houses

New Roundabout for Cross Houses

New plans have been submitted for the new roundabout in Cross Houses, this new roundabout will replace the current mini roundabout in the village allowing for the additional access required for the Flecture Homes Ltd development.

The roundabout will consist of kerbed central island forcing traffic to slow and go around it opposed to the current painted solution which has vehicles regular traveling directly over it.

With the addition of this new roundabout will see the access from the main road to Holdcroft way blocked and a new access provided through the new Flecture homes development making the current development on Holdcroft Way more private removing through traffic.
